  • Ingredients

    • 1 oz Bushmills® Original Irish Whiskey
    • .5 oz Demerara Syrup
    • 4 oz Sumatra coffee
    • 1 dollop Fresh whipped cream

  • Instructions

    1. Pour whiskey and demerara syrup into a 6 oz Georgian Irish Coffee glass.
    2. Stir well to combine.
    3. pour in hot Sumatra coffee leaving a ½ inch of room for cream.
    4. Top with freshly whipped heavy cream.
